Returns and Refunds

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return any item shipped by Jamaican Stone Adult Store for a full credit or refund minus the postage fee under any of the following circumstances:

  • Item is in new and unopened condition with original packaging and accessories and seals have not been removed.
  • Item was received damaged
    (Please note that the Jamaican Stone can sometimes break a part in the post, this however has no effect to the product in any way and can not be returned for this reason)
  • Incorrect item was shipped

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 days after delivery. Products cannot be returned if the reason is that you do not like the product.

Please contact our Customer Service specialist at info@jamaicanstone.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in returning your order. In your email please include your name, order number, email, contact phone number, and the reason you want to return the item.
