Shipping and Delivery Information

All our orders are mailed out via The Royal Mail Postal Service.

All methods are track and traceable on the Royal Mail web site using the 13 digit reference number you will receive in your order confirmation email.

Delivery of all our items will require signature, however if your are not there when the postman delivers Royal mail will leave a calling card, which will give information on where you may pick up your package. For international customers you will need to contact your local Postal Service.

All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging, with no information other then your name and address.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday are mailed out the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders made after 4pm or on the weekend will be shipped on the following working day.
If after 4 days your order has still not arrived please contact us

For Next Day deliveries please allow up until 3pm the following day before contacting us
International orders can take up to 10 days to arrive please allow up until this time before contacting us.

Returns

Our return policy is simple and direct. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return any item shipped by Jamaicanstone.com for a full credit or refund under any of the following circumstances:

• Item is in new and unopened condition with original packaging and accessories and seals have not been removed.
• Item was received damaged
  (Please note that the Jamaican Stone can sometimes break a part in the post, this however has no effect to the product in any way and can not be returned for this reason)
• Incorrect item was shipped

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 14 days after delivery. Products cannot be returned if the reason is that you do not like the product. Please try samples of products before ordering

Please contact our Customer Service specialist at info@jamaicanstone.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in returning your order. In your email please include your name, order number, email, contact phone number, and the reason you want to return the item.

International Shipping Restrictions

It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import our products from the U.K. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such items or because such items are banned in your country, we will refund back to your credit card minus the shipping charge.
